ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Some quantities are severely limited and all prices are subject to change without notice.

To place an order, use our new online store or you may mail or e-mail a copy of the Order Form (or all the information requested on the order form on a sheet of paper or by e-mail) You may use multiple order forms for longer or multiple orders. If you prefer to place your order by phone or have questions or need assistance, please call our toll free order line (877) 796-8300. Our phone order staff is very knowledgeable and will assist you in the selection of the correct products for your particular needs.

We will UPS your order(s) to your home, office or third parties. Unless someone is home during the day, we suggest you request shipment to your office or another address where someone will be able to accept delivery for you. 

All orders with a subtotal over $115.00 (including all applicable discounts) are shipped FREE by UPS Ground Service or US Postal Service within the 48 Continental United States. For orders with a subtotal less than $115.00, within the 48 Continental US, the shipping cost is $8.95. All other deliveries including  overnight, second day, foreign, or overseas will accrue additional charges based upon the actual delivery costs.

An order is defined as one or more items being shipped to a single address. If there are multiple addresses, each shipping address is considered an order.

The customer is responsible for any and all additional local taxes, import duties, tariffs, fees, etc.

New Jersey residents must add 6.625% of the subtotal for the New Jersey Sales Tax.

All orders must be paid in full, in US funds, prior to delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Personal Checks, Money Orders or Bank Checks. We will only accept Credit Cards for payment on orders sent by e-mail or phone unless prior arrangements have been made with us. You may phone or e-mail your order and then arrange to send your payment by mail. Please do not send cash by mail. 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Car Care Specialties is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions specified with product. Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been damaged by customer misuse or negligence.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Car Care Specialties will accept the return of many items within 7 days of the date of the original invoice. 

Car Care Specialties will NOT accept returns in other than ORIGINAL UNUSED condition. All warranty cards, product manuals, etc. must be in original, unaltered condition. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus 10% restocking fee. .Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Charges are not refundable. Credits for returned merchandise will not include the original shipping charges. Customers are also responsible for paying shipping charges to return the item(s) to Car Care Specialties.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Car Care Specialties will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind — in no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the merchandise.

Occasionally there may be information on carcarespecialties.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Car Care Specialties reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Car Care Specialties shall promptly issue either a credit to your credit card or issue a refund check.
